Shipping Policy
PIXIE HUB is based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. We deliver customised gifts all over India. All products are made to order.
Processing & Dispatch Time
- Standard processing: 2ā4 working days for crafting + quality check (Chennai studio).
- Once dispatched, delivery timelines depend on your pincode and chosen courier.
- You will receive WhatsApp updates at key stages (design proof, production start, dispatch).
Shipping Charges & Delivery
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on pincode using live rates from our connected providers (Shiprocket / Nimbuspost) or standard fallback / manual for local.
The orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 4 days from the date of the order and/or payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation, subject to courier company / post office norms. Platform Owner shall not be liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authority. Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your email ID / WhatsApp as specified. If there are any shipping cost(s) levied, the same is not refundable.
- Local Chennai (600xxx): usually ā¹80 or direct/manual delivery where possible.
- Other South India (starting with 6/7): typically ā¹80ā120+.
- Rest of India: live rates shown at checkout (weight-based, usually 500gā1kg for custom gifts).
Delivery Partners
We support three shipping / delivery types:
- Manual / Direct: Local hand delivery or self-managed for select Chennai (600xxx) areas when faster/cheaper.
- Nimbuspost: Integrated courier partner for reliable dispatch & tracking.
- Shiprocket: Primary network (partners: Delhivery, Ecom Express, DTDC, etc.) for pan-India coverage.
The best available option + live rate is shown at checkout based on your pincode and order weight.

Payment Partner
PIXIE HUB accepts secure online payments through Razorpay:
- Razorpay ā Secure online payment with automatic order confirmation after verification.
All payments are received by Pix Waves Private Limited. Cash on Delivery is not available for customised products.
Important Notes
- We deliver pan-India via our courier partners. Same-day hand delivery is available in select Chennai (600xxx) pin codes only.
- We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses currently.
- Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by festivals, weather, or courier delays.
- All customised products are non-returnable. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
